Eligibility 

Age (as on 01-07-2013): 

• For Officer Scale II: Between 21 years to 32 years
• For Officer Scale I: Between 18 years to 28 years
• For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years to 28 years

Relaxation as per government norms.

Educational Qualification:

• Officer Scale-II: Degree from a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent and Two years as an officer in any Bank or Financial Institution
• Officer Scale-I: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.

Required IBPS Score (CWE) for Pragathi Krishna Gramin Bank Recruitment 2013-14:

• For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates who qualify Online IBPS (CWE) of September, October 2013 and obtained minimum score of 88 & above for SC/ ST/ PWD and 95 & above for OBC/ GEN.
• For Officer Scale I: 95 and above for SC/ ST/ PWD and 98 and above for OBC/ GEN.
• For Officer Scale II (GBO): 101 and above for SC/ ST/PWD and 107 and above for OBC/ GEN. 

Selection Procedure:

On the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS and Personal Interview.
