SAIL Burnpur ACT OCT Recruitment 2014: Online Application Form

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur on 31st May’14 has issued notification to recruit Operator-cum-Technician and Attendant-cum-Technician vacancies with total 473 numbers of vacancies. Online application has been invited for this recruitment, so candidates after checking their eligibility and according to their interest may apply online before 5th July’14.

Total Number of Vacancies: 473 Nos. 

Namewise number of posts: 

1. Operator-cum-Technician: 299 Nos. 

• Boiler Operation: 09 Nos. 
• Trainee: 290 Nos. 

2. Attendant-cum-Technician: 174 Nos.

• Boiler Operation: 05 Nos.
• Trainee: 169 Nos. 

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 10th (Matriculation) with 3 years diploma in respective trade. 
• Age (till 1st Jun’14): Min. 18 yrs to 30 yrs. Relaxation in age for reserved category candidates will also be given. 

Selection Procedure: SAIL will shortlist the applicants and according to the number of shortlisted candidates will conduct either written exam or interview.

Application Fee: 

• For General & OBC candidates: Rs.250/- for OCT (Boiler Operation, Trainee) and Rs.150/- for ACT (Boiler Operation, Trainee) 
• For SC,ST and PWD candidates: Rs. 50/- for all the positions.
