The Public Service Commission, West Bengal will organize the WBCS Executive etc examination, 2014 and on the basis of which recruitment to the West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS) Executive. Date of Submission of Online Application Form: 8th April 2014 to 30th April 2014 

 Name of the Post/Exam:  WBCS Executive Stages of Exam

(i) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) 

(ii) Main Examination (Both Objective and Conventional Type-Written) and Personality Test.

Center of Examination:

The Preliminary Examination will be held at various centers: Kolkata (North), Kolkata (South), Baruipur, Barrackpore, Barasat, Howrah, Burdwan, Asansol, Medinipur, Tamluk, Bankura, Berhampore, Malda, Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, Siliguri and Darjeeling. 

WBCS Executive Etc Main Examination 2014 will be held in Kolkata. 

Pay Scale: WBCS Commission categorized the salary in groups: 

1. Group A: 15,600/- to 42,000/- 

2. Group B: 15,600/- to 42,000/- 

3. Group C: 9,000/- to 40,500/- 

4. Group D: 7,100/- to 37,600/- 

Minimum Qualification: A degree of a recognized University and Ability to read, write and speak Bengali. 

Age Limit: 21 Years to 32 Years Application Fee: Rs. 210/- for General Candidates. Free of cost for SC/ST candidates of west Bengal and physically challenged candidates.
